Custom Software Support
As part of MSM's delivery strategy and to complement our
development team we have a team of highly experienced developers
who solely focus on support and maintenance of custom software
systems, whether they are written in house or by a 3rd party.
We can learn a system to reliably support it with or without the
help and advice of the original developers, and no matter what
state the system is in.
The Eden Project is one example of the original developer
admitting that they couldn't deliver the client's required service
level so they looked to MSM to take over the support and
maintenance of their online ticketing system which was written in a
combination of PHP, Flash and Delphi. Our Delphi Centre of
Excellence took on this system by following our standard
process of carrying out a health check, familiarisation,
standardising documentation then implementing remedial
actions. We have supported this business critical system on
an extended SLA for Eden for several years to their
satisfaction.
