Over the past 11 years MSM has gained vast experience in
subcontracting to other IT companies and departments, we are
flexible in how we work and allow our developers to work directly
for you. As the contracting company you can benefit from our
quality of staff on a very flexible contractual model while
retaining responsibility for the day to day management of the
developer(s). They can either be situated on site with you or
if desk space is at a premium they can work remotely from one of
our three offices.
Because our staff are permanent employees they all want clients'
projects to succeed, leading to a long term mutually beneficial
relationship, which is quite distinct from typical contractors who
want to earn as much as they can before moving to another
contract.
We can start work quickly because our staff are permanently
employed in the UK and have all the necessary equipment and
licenses - no need for a work permit, no need to give notice.
We have sufficient numbers of staff that we can also substitute in
the event of absence due to illness at short notice. At no
cost to you we keep a second member of our team abreast of the work
our staff are doing for you so that they are well informed if
needed.
