Higgs are a subsidiary of DHL providing worldwide logistics management of newspaper and magazine printed media for titles such as The Sunday Times and FHM.  Based on the strength of our Delphi team we took over support of their existing Delphi applications after another supplier withdrew support, and quickly stabilised them by offering a better support SLA. 

Higgs have been so impressed with us that we are now redeveloping the whole application for them to add functionality and use modern technologies, a risk that they were unprepared to take before they found MSM.  The new system is all in Microsoft technologies.

Website enhancement to increase turnover, subsequently complete backoffice system replacement Business consultancy, design, development and support for West Country Cottages Ltd (Devon)

West Country Cottages have the biggest network of private landlords for holiday cottages in the South West.  Their existing website was very popular but did not incorporate an online availability check.  We approached them with the idea and subsequently built new functionality into their existing website by integrating to their then backoffice system.  Bookings are significantly up since the availability check went live and as a result revenue is up 15%.  They were so impressed with our idea's impact on their bottom line that we have since delivered a complete replacement for their whole backoffice
