Casework Management Software Specialists
MSM have designed and developed a number of mission critical
systems to improve the process of clients' casework/grant
management by bringing caseworkers and grant makers together
through one centralised online system.
Rather than organisations having to adapt and change their
business processes, MSM can design and build you a system that fits
neatly into your operation without the need to turn your businesses
upside down.
Whether you need to speed up the transfer of information within
your company or devise an application that multiple agencies can
access and update then we can help.
Below you will find examples of casework management/grant
systems that MSM have developed and launched successfully to ensure
that two of our clients, SSAFA (Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and
Families Association) Forces Help and the Royal Society, were able
to automate their complex business processes.
Case Studies:
SSAFA Forces Help are a leading
national charity committed to helping and supporting those who
serve in our Armed Forces, those who used to serve, and the
families of both. SSAFA invited MSM to tender for the design and
development of a mission critical system to improve the process of
its casework management, bringing caseworkers and grant makers
together through one online system. With direction from the
Confederation of British Service and Ex-Service Organisations
(COBSEO) the system will have many advantages over the current
paper and disc-based system. It is designed to reduce duplication,
improve efficiency and help with benefit and funding applications,
plus enabling both the charity and grant maker to access
statistical information and update the database with ease. Besides
carrying out the actual development work and build of the software,
MSM have also been consulted extensively on the business processes
that are required. Download
the detailed case study.
The Royal Society is the pre-eminent
organisation supporting scientific advance, with worldwide renown.
This project relates to one of their four strategic priorities,
investment in the future of science. The Society manages a
substantial funding programme for the benefit of researchers. Due
to the popularity of the various grant schemes it is essential to
manage the grants process electronically. Unfortunately the
existing database is proving expensive to maintain and alter. MSM
won a competitive tender to replace it with a more modern flexible
database and the project is currently underway.
