Big companies can't offer the experience we do, but we offer the training benefits of big companies.  New starters tend to say "it's more fun working at MSM" than at their previous job and also comment that we work more intensively than any other company they've worked for but our higher productivity means there's no need for them to work overtime.

Salary:

Tends to be well above average

Overtime:

On-call & anti-social hours payments plus overtime usually only apply to the support rota, but are available to all

Bonus:

Everybody shares in our success as a result of our monthly bonus scheme.

Share Options:

Every member of team team is entitled to share options after 1 year's service.

Training:

We budget around 12% of salary for training per annum for most members of the team, in contrast to the industry average 3%

Pension:

You'll qualify for our contributory pension scheme after your probationary period (3% for first 12 months, 5% thereafter)

Life Assurance (Death in service benefit) of 3 times salary
Private Health Insurance (PHI) which is a long term disability benefit where we continue to pay 75% of your salary if you are off work long term, until you return or you retire

Who do we need?
To join the team candidates must have the ability to think quickly and demonstrate common sense under pressure. We demand that all our staff are graduates.  If you do not have a degree please do not consider applying unless you are very persuasive!  In addition to protect our clients all staff are subject to Criminal Records Bureau checks.  We promote healthy living and have an anti smoking policy to encourage non smoking.

For technical roles candidates will need some commercial experience in our common technologies: most projects use one or more Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, VB, ASP, ASP.NET, SQL Server), or Borland Delphi. Knowledge of Javascript & HTML is necessary.

You must be fluent in English and eligible to work in the UK.
