My career has given me experience of all aspects of the IT service lifecycle. Over the years I have undertaken a wide range of activities from strategy to operations, and have worked with organisations in the public, private and third sectors as either an employee or a consultant. Building long term relationships with clients and stakeholders has always been an important part of my work, and is something I continue to do with MSM.
