Support Developers

Our support developers provide primarily 2nd and 3rd line support to our clients but can do 1st line too. All with degrees and working towards MCAD & ITIL qualifications

All our support developers are highly skilled in technologies such as .NET and Delphi as well as having in-depth knowledge of the systems that they are supporting. Using our own online incident tracking system to report progress to clients, our support developers undertake bug fixing, maintenance, remote DBA services and enhancements.

The support team shares resources such as BAs and Testers with the development team resource pool.
