- are all graduates
- all have at least five years commercial experience
- have all been checked by the Criminal Records Bureau (unusual
in our industry)
- are all or are working towards Microsoft Certified Professional
(MCP) / Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD) status or
ITIL or ISEB equivalents for their roles
- all receive double the industry average training budget.
